The Groups table is displayed with columns: Common Name, Distinguished Name, SAM Account Name, and Group Type. All visible groups are Security Groups, listed in default (insertion) order: Administrators, Users, Guests, Print Operators, Backup Operators, Replicator, Remote Desktop Users, Network Configuration Operators, Performance Monitor Users, Performance Log Users, Distributed COM Users, IIS_IUSRS, Cryptographic Operators, Event Log Readers, Certificate Service DCOM Access. The cursor is near the top-right toolbar.

The cursor hovers over "Alphabetical (A → Z)" and clicks it. The dropdown closes and "Alphabetical (A → Z)" is now selected as the sorting order. The Sort panel now shows: Column = Common Name, Order = Alphabetical (A → Z).

The Groups table reloads with a loading spinner visible, then displays all groups sorted alphabetically A → Z by Common Name. The Common Name column is highlighted with a red outline to draw attention to the applied sort. The first visible entries in alphabetical order are: 6001Group, Access Control Assistance Operators, Account Operators, AD, AD group, ADmin SAM, AdminDroidAuditor, Administrators, ADSyncAdmins, ADSyncBrowse, ADSyncOperators, ADSyncPasswordSet, AG2GroupTest, AG3GroupTest, Allowed RODC Password Replication Group, Apple, ArrayArray. Scrolling down reveals further alphabetical entries including: Allowed RODC Password Replication Group, Apple, ArrayArray, and more continuing alphabetically through the full group roster.
